Can I locate specific merchandise on the site?
Yes. You can locate specific items by entering an item number or keywords in our SEARCH box located in bottom left of the home page.
  
Do sales taxes apply?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on deliveries to those states where we are located. Please add the appropriate sales taxes for your area where required: MI
  
Do you offer expedited delivery options?
Yes. Optional ship methods available in the United States are Expedited (2 - 3 business days) and Expedited (1 - 2 business days). Additional charges will apply.
  
Can I obtain my tracking number or check the status of my order?
If the item purchased was Helm warehoused, your tracking number will be included in the e-mail or text confirming your shipment.
For all drop ship items, please contact customer service toll-free at 855-390-9049 for tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be accessible through carriers' tracking systems. 
  
How do I unsubscribe from e-mails?
You can unsubscribe from e-mails at any time by following the instructions found at the bottom of each e-mail or by clicking on Unsubscribe located at the bottom of each page.
  
Can an order be shipped internationally?
Not at this time.
